script to deploy the servers from DO needed to run matube, and then shut them all down.

Ideally, we should be able to run a script which starts all the servers needed to deploy matube and then it will take care of itself and scale. 

Then another script should be able to run which will take snapshots of the servers (if necessary) and then  relinquish all of the servers.
