Fails on start

I followed all the setup instructions. When I start the app with either 'npm start' or 'node app.js', I get the error: { [Error: Cannot find module '../build/Release/bson'] code: 'MODULE_NOT_FOUND' }. The app won't launch.

I also get this but the app still starts and works.

Make sure you have a mongo db setup and running before executing npm start.
