Hello!
File upload often fail to complete if you repeatedly pause and resume the upload.
This issue is also reproducible in TUSKitExample.

Could you tell me a bit more about your way of testing this? I'm currently trying this with a 500MB file upload and after pausing and resuming dozens of times (sometimes super fast, sometimes waiting a second in between) everything seems okay.

I'm currently testing using a macOS app.
