I tried my Realme 9I RMX3491_11EEA and JUST WORKS. Rui4, Android 13.

Unfortunately, no. Fastboot screen seems a short time, and restarts the system. Sorry.

If it helps you, you can enter fastbootd mode with adb reboot fastboot command. But i think its useless without unlocking bootloader. Note: fastboot oem unlock etc. Doesn't work on fastbootd.
