For each project, we want to have a wallet and a vault (the yield instrument from DeFindex).

The project wallet could be a smart wallet or a regular wallet. This wallet holds the project's treasury and could be used to e.g. distribute funds to other devs for work. To be linked to the DAO.

The vault would be a way for projects to capitalise on their funds until they can allocate them. This is a recurring issue in OSS. Some projects have funds and sometimes are struggling to disburse them. Funds can wait years in traditional accounts while not yielding any profit and only costing management fees at traditional institutions.

We will also want to have a main wallet/vault for the protocol itself as we will also want in the future to, get fees, hold some treasury, collaterals, etc. It's important to have a fund segregation, hence the need to have specific wallets/vaults per project.

We want to use smart contract calls as to make this completely transparent for users.

There is a commission fee on each vault, we can set the recipient to be the protocol's vote. For the protocol's account itself, we would use a multi-sig managed by Tansu's team.

Manager of the vote would be managed by Tansu while a maintainer of a project would be added as an emergency manager and rebalance manager.

In the UI, we want to have a dedicated page to see funds. We would be able to move funds between the wallet and the vault. We might want to have a 4 eyes principle for critical operations. (To see how to do with the protocol.)

The Vault is part mockup and part proof of concept. We actually have a little bit more working code than is deployed now. It's a rock solid idea, and I look forward to contributing to it!

In the end the relevant code can be pulled into Tansu. I think having an integration there would be better from a UX perspective.
