Remove PSAMPExporterModule #13
Description
PSAMPExporterModule duplicates some functionality from IPFIXSender. Both got out of sync when DTSL-Support was integrated. This would be a good time to get rid of PSAMPExporterModule in favor of integrating its functionality into PacketAggregator and IpfixSender.
