[Question] Why not integrate Apprise for notifications?

New to Vaultwarden and backup, just wanted to ask why not use Apprise for notifications?

Since PING services are supported, I highly recommend healthchecks.io which alerts only when a service unexpectedly goes quiet)

I previously transitioned from SMTP to Apprise but was overwhelmed by alert spam. Healthchecks (freely self-hostable) provides the exact dead-man switch I needed.
