Error in gbnorm::get.references.apcluster(t(counts), cor.method = "pearson", : object 'mt' not found Calls: <Anonymous> -> sapply -> lapply -> ncol Execution halted
Looking at rnaseq.R: it appears as if other get.references functions define mt as the transposed matrix, but in apcluster at line 189 m is redefined, rather than mt being defined.
