Github integration would be really nice here a few thoughts:

it requires user authentication

perhaps doable via DM and a secret gist that includes a authentication string? Alternatives?

could use KV

it requires some kind of permission management 😭

perhaps doable via some kind of initial administrative approval and then being able to set permissions?

could use KV

approving, change request and commenting on MR

only when authenticated and having permissions

able to ✔️ (approve), ❌ (change request) or :merge: (we got a emoji for that!) a PR.

able to reply to the PR message to add comments

replying and close tickets

able to reply to the ticket message to add replies to the message

able to close close tickets via a emoji
