[Bug]: esti/scripts/runner.sh does not work correctly

What happened?

When trying to run the runner.sh script in esti/, I came across several issues:

1. The help says runner.sh tests should be run when the correct command is runner.sh test
2. An invalid error should display the help section, but it fails
3. when running the tests, go complains about an unknown flag:

Run Tests (logs at /tmp/lakefs_tests_3I6.log)
flag provided but not defined: -skip
