SwapOnWordLoad is Broken

In #19 (TMS32C28x), many of the reflection errors come from use of swaponwordload, which I began for the PIC16C5x module but never finished implementing it.

Close this issue when:

• It's convenient to write a little-endian file with big-endian bytes and masks.
• This works for 4-byte words.
• This works for 4-byte stretches of 2-byte words.

Remaining issues can be tracked in #19 for that TMS320 variant.
