Using this issue to track TMS320C28x by edgetriggered.

• Initial support for TI TMS320C28x #17
• Resolution of TODO comments.
• Incorrect display of repeated instructions, which need a prefixed parallel bar (||) following prior RPT instruction.
• Incorrect display of disassembly offsets when providing a custom --base (this may be a goodasm limitation?)
• Self-tests fail with many "reflection failed" errors
• Drawing Bitfields (-T for RISC) #14
• Grader support.
• C2xLP source-compatible mode (new language)
• C27x object-compatible modes (new language)

Please comment here before implementing a fix, and please cite this issue in any PR for the language. If we add source-compatible or object-compatible modes, those can be done by other language classes.

A lot of the reflection errors are caused by a break in swaponwordload. With that feature disabled, zapa assembles to 56 33 with no assertion failures. With it enabled, it assembles to 33 56 and then panics when that doesn't disassemble backward.

• Check this when swaponwordload is repaired.

I plan to implement the remainder of the opcodes next, which will resolve many TODOs but likely introduce a few more due to some common issues like representing shift syntax. I will also include some correctness fixes for issues I've noticed while comparing results with another disassembler.
