pre-trained model contains 13 layers instead of 18 #2

Hi,
I am doing a project that requires the segmentation of 3D images with StarDist 3D. I found out this pre-trained model, but it is not compatible to the StarDist 3D model as you can see in the following image.
Why does it have a different number of layers? Did you create a Config3D object with particular settings? Which parameter is referred to the depth of the network?
