Different project config file

Is it possible to use different project config file than .tx/config, for example .txconfig?
Is anything else saved in .tx directory? If not, it is useless to have another directory just for one file and you should probably change the default config file.

The program should allow dynamic config file name, for example, with argument --config=<path> or -c <path>. There is already #19 but it doesn't have any updates since 2012.

It is possible, but probably not a high priority feature for now. Having an extra directory is not that bad in my opinion since it makes it easier to keep all transifex configuration elements in one place (in case we need an additional file in the future).
