Thanks. Daniel ended up having a go getting the project running but fell into a few traps that probably have to do with documentation (as usual). Along similar lines, we have quite a different directory structure here to wood; we should think about which we prefer.

I might also hack together something to run a very minimal fraction of the analysis on travis. Download and process data, run ML and MCMC on single tree with low replication.
