Hey @richfitz I put up some code to run a brief set of simulations (in analysis/R/simulations.R). It is a total mess that we might want to clean up at some point to make it more reproducible friendly. Obviously not urgent. Might be a good place to use richfitz/experimentr but not sure if that would be overkill or not.

Anyways, pls take a look when you get a moment and let me know what you think

I like that idea. I'm going to port the data munging over to maker soon as well.

Do you remember how long the simulations run for? It's not that long, right?
