Ladder climbing & Ladder rotation lock Unlink

I would like to ask, if it could be done to not have ladder view rotation lock linked to the ladder climbing animation?
It would be cool, if both could be controlled individually.

What I mean is that the player model doesn't turn away from the ladder while climbing -> ladder lock.
In NEA, if you turn off the included climbing animation, the ladder lock is disabled too.
I'm using the DetailedAnimationsXJustExpressions resource pack for 1.21.11.
I'm imagining that the ladder lock would work with it, if it would stay active.

Ah... Actually, on that note...🤔
The DAxJE r-pack introduces upper body movements.
But the camera follows the player position in the world, and not what the body is doing.
That means while looking down the body leans forward, but the camera doesn't follow.
Resulting in half the screen being covered by neck. I have trouble seeing while sneak building.
Would it be possible to make the camera follow the "head position", instead of the "map position"?
