split bar dragging issue

Reproduction Steps

1. deploy with default test data and open the app

2. select local server

3. drag the split bar to rightmost and keep dragging

Expected Result

Should not be draggable anymore if it reaches a certain point.

Actual Result

See screenshot/screencast, can be dragged and finally the horizontal bar is shown.
