Steps to Reproduce

Open topcoder.com
Click on Sign up -> I'm the Talent
Fill in all the details and Click on Sign Up
Now, Check email page, notice the privacy policy link
Click on it, notice the behavior

It redirects to the new page from the check email page

Expected Results

Privacy Policy link on Check Email page should in new tab
