Data entries assume pfafflab data structure.

At the moment Lab Dragon assumes that all the data it accepts is structured and shaped like pfafflab data (assumes a dataset is a directory and that there is a data.ddh5 file in that directory). This is of course not ok as a long term thing, but helps develops all the other tools. This should be fixed.
