Re-enable osx-latest CI builds #4

No clue what was happening, but we had multiple CI builds fail on the npm install step. This only happened on OSX images, and was random with regards to which version of node was running when the issue hit.

OSX builds are disabled for now, revisit this to enable them again at some point!
