feat: add revolutionary interactive CLI with modular architecture

- Add interactive stats dashboard with menu-driven interface and live progress tracking
- Add --interactive/-i flag for interactive mode with 4 color themes (default, neon, matrix, cyberpunk)
- Add --compare flag for side-by-side file comparison with detailed metrics
- Add --theme option for visual customization
- Refactor CLI from 735-line monolith into modular command
