Consider Switching from gonum.org/v1/plot Library Due to Poor Image Quality

I have noticed that the current graph generation library we are using, gonum.org/v1/plot, produces images of suboptimal quality. 

I suggest that we explore alternative libraries for graph creation to improve the image quality.
