Chipset | Broadcom BCM5300 chip rev 1 pkg 0
CPU Frequency | 600MHz

I set TCP limit for default class to 10.

ALL devices currently connected are within ranges that have bandwidth rates, priorities, and sometimes UDP limits set. therefore I reason that this should not impact any device currently connected.

But I found that it was virtually impossible to connect to any site including router itself.
Pinging IP addresses and server names (www.ibm.com) were fine.
I am using 2 VPNs and DNSCrypt if this is relevant.

Any tests you would like me to do?

Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-140 K26 USB AIO-64K

USB support integration and GUI,
IPv6 support,
Linux kernel 2.6.22.19 and Broadcom Wireless Driver 5.110.27.20012 updates,
support for additional router models, dual-band and Wireless-N mode.
