deploy:setup can give disastrous results if not used well.

I was setting a testing environment on a client's server with recap. It already had an instance working.

I made a mistake when using deploy:setup, the deploy_to directory was kept as the original instance.

When I ran deploy:setup it tried to make the folder, it existed, and after that it deleted it with without prompting or anything.

It is the first time I had this issue and I wanted to highlight this, I won't make a PR for now because we have a modified version of recap, but the whole deploy setup is untouched.
