If you do not properly create the spreadsheet, it is possible to have the system be open for voting. If you are not careful, votes can be stuck in the database and never synced to the spreadsheet. The Update Results only pulls the latest entries rather than all of them. Either it needs to pull them all (replacing the old sheet, but taking into account manual entries) or it needs to refuse to work in some meaningful way.
