How to implement poll_write_vectored for WriteHalf<MyStruct>?

Hello!

I have encountered an issue with the WriteHalf struct in Tokio. There is no way to override its implementation of AsyncWrite because both AsyncWrite and WriteHalf are a trait and a struct respectively from Tokio.

This is an issue, as this prohibits me from implementing a functional vectored write if I want to split MyStruct into a WriteHalf and a ReadHalf.

I think this is a bug, since impl<T: AsyncWrite> AsyncWrite for WriteHalf<T> in split.rs delegates all AsyncWrite methods down to the inner object (MyStruct in this case), except for poll_write_vectored and is_write_vectored.

Does anyone know how I could get around this or fix it?
