Token Description Overwrites Component Description When Applied

Describe the bug
When applying a token that includes a description of a component, the description of the token overwrites the existing description of the component.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a token with a description.
2. Apply the token to a component that already has a description.
3. Observe that the component’s original description is overwritten by the token’s description.

Expected behavior
When applying a token that includes a description to a component, the description of the token overwrites the existing description of the component. This behavior is not desired, as the component’s original description should be retained.
