Dead link under the section "Hands-on Labs"

The hyperlink for the "Microsoft Security Assessment" refers to a dead link and gives a "page not found" error. I'm guessing the new link is supposed to be [this one](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-vulnerability-management/tvm-security-baselines).
