How to add multilanguage support?

Can someone provide instruction how to add second language?
From the default install even if I enable nl language is fails.

I have created en and nl folders in content

Sorry for the late reply (bit busy).

The current docs on Internationalization (i18n) still need to be set up (it's on my list).

Until then, hopefully, the old docs on Multilingual Mode can be of help.
