WARP as outbound

Add ability to route only specific traffic through WARP instead of enabling it globally
it can be a really simple boolean rule like use_warp

We cannot do it, since the built-in warp is a special outbound. But i added the capability to generate warp configs, which you can use in your routing profile.

I don't think it will really help that much, since WARP is blocked in my country, but thanks anyway

I just don't understand why add all the functionality related to Warp. For example, there are separate tools for generating configs, and then all that's left is to insert the necessary lines into the WireGuard profile. What's the problem? It's just a WireGuard config.

I mean these changes only bloat the program and introduce new bugs. Instead, if you need to generate a Warp config you can use wgcf.
