Markdown Handling

I use Mastodon Glitch edition and publish toots using Markdown.

For the most part SkyMoth handles them pretty well; however there are two edge cases that I've noticed so far:

1. Successive formatting rules remove the separating space; e.g. *italic* **bold** becomes italicbold on BlueSky

2. Formatted URLs [url](display) get cross posted as the code rather than posting only the URL

I thought this and #49 were duplicates, but I now realise that's a different behaviour being described above with [url](display) coming through literally?
