Missing instructions for volunteer LED ribbons

As a volunteer I received a sweet LED ribbon with components to solder. I have my LED ribbon kit and soldering iron ready to go, but there are no instructions or diagrams on how to solder it up. I have scoured the Internet without any luck, probably because I don't know what exactly to search for.

Could the instructions for the volunteer LED ribbons please be added?
