Dark mode button will not toggle #175
Description
Dark mode in branch Windows Learning Journal is not working. Previously the Dark mode was demonstrated to be working.
The issue likely stems from the button on the homepage not properly toggling the darkmode.js toggle function and trigrerring changes to the scss files. Could be a problem with either the button or the function itself.
