Sticky columns and rows in tables

Summary

I can't find a way to make a few table columns & rows sticky (like they stay visible when I move). Am I missing something obvious, or is it still to implement ?

Motivation

Important on large tables to know what you are referring to.

I think we can have many solutions and a lot of experience from other frameworks. but what's we need? what's we want? maybe we can have some sample from 'xxxUi Components' or 'XXX Sample'?
