Growth push: tighten README for trust, proof, and shareability #38

Description

@theihtisham

Goal

Make this repo easier to star, trust, and share in under 30 seconds.

Why

The project has strong ambition and a rich feature surface, but the public landing experience is very dense. A calmer and more evidence-first README will improve conversion from visitor to star.

Priority checklist

  • Rewrite the first screen around one clear promise instead of many superlatives
  • Move a short proof block near the top: install command, npm package link, demo/screenshot, recent release
  • Add a fast "who this is for" section
  • Add a fast "what it actually does" section with 3 to 5 concrete outcomes
  • Push long architecture detail lower in the README
  • Add one copy-paste quickstart that works in under a minute
  • Add a screenshot or GIF of the dashboard or core workflow
  • Add a "why trust this" section with package, release, and maintenance signals
  • Create a launch-ready release note for the next meaningful version

Nice-to-have

  • Add a comparison table against the default no-memory workflow
  • Add contributor-friendly labels and a couple more good first issues
  • Add a short roadmap focused on near-term outcomes instead of very large claims

Success metric

A new visitor should understand the product, trust it, and know the next click within 20 to 30 seconds.
