Make `objects-page` more prevalent in the docs

Idea being proposed

Currently catalogue entry grid is still mentioned/featured in multiple places. @geealbers do we want to remove mentions of that and entirely replace with objects-page or offer both options?

Side note, Alba has added an obects-page screenshot to the repo.
