Continous update not updating

I have sew force at max, continous update enabled. No idea what's wrong with it, it's just no doing anything. It's worked sporadically, but right now it is just plain refusing.

I have the same problem with the version for blender 2.79.
if i deactive "Object collisions" in "Modelling cloth" it works. with no collisions.
I have got problems changing parameters in collider but when i try deactive "object collision" then change parameters and reactivate "object collisions" it seem to works.
