Application open/closed component

Each quarter, we open applications for new Collabies for one week. Whether applications are open or closed and related information (iCal file, link to application, etc.) need to be swapped back and forth.

In the past, we’ve managed this information in Hygraph, but it was clunky and there’s no obvious audit trail. What I‘d like to see is a component where you pass the start and end date for the next cohort as props and it just does the right thing. Then, we‘d just need to initiate a build at the right time for it to swap over.
