[Bug]: Audio Flanger OR reverb Issue , Like using some reverb preset after a while

Reproduction steps

Audio quality after 3-4 songs goes down and starts a flanger like effect more like a bad reverb

Expected Behavior

Normal Audio playback

Actual Behavior

Reverb effect/flanger/fake surround

Enabled plugins

Basic and I have turn off precise audio , expo audio and limiter yet this is happening
