[Bug]: Discord Presence is delayed or does not update

Reproduction steps

1. Enable discord rich presence
2. Open discord on one side of your screen and YTM on the other
3. Play a song
4. Pause the song, skip through multiple songs quickly, to jump to a part in a song

Expected Behavior

The rich presence should update once a song is played, when its paused, unpaused, skipped, or when jumping to a point in a song

Actual Behavior

I've had multiple things happen:

1. The first song I play after opening the app does not update the rich presence so it remains on the default YouTube Music presence (seems to only happen with specific songs in my experience but I could just be unlucky)
2. The presence is updating fine, then I pause the song and on the presence it continues to play past when I paused
   From there it either

• Updates to show it's paused after ~6-10s
• Does not update at all, the bar continues to fill up and will stop once it thinks the song is done and will remain like that until I do something to update it (such as unpausing or skipping the song)

3. I skip through a few songs in a quick succession (not a super rapid succession, though this will definitely cause it) and the presence will get stuck on one of the songs I skipped, the bar will update with the current song I am playing but it will say I'm listening to a different song
4. It does not update at all, this can happen in different situations:

• After pausing
• After trying to play a song (upon first opening the app)
• After playing a different song

Additional Information

I've had these issues for a few versions but they have not been bad enough to bother me and they were rare. It wasn't until 3.7.4 that these issues became worse. This could also be the case with 3.7.3 but I didn't use that version because I had to update immediately after I finished updating to 3.7.3
