This issue has been reported several times before. I can confirm on my side it is happening again, although I am not sure if I can say this exclusively happens with InAppMenu enabled as since i upgraded to 3.7.4, there was a few hickups in similar ways even with the Plugin Disabled.

It was seemingly fixed with 3.7.0 and - for me - was not happening till i upgraded from 3.7.3 to 3.7.4. For the Time being, if it bothers you and you dont need the features added by 3.7.4, maybe consider falling back to 3.7.3 till this is fixed again

EDIT: seems like this isnt an issue exclusively bound to "inappmenu" as i have it disabled and things are still extremely laggy at times, and not just the playlist but the entire UI, including player and such. As such what i am experiencing could very well be a separate Issue alltogtether
