Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I didn't realise the files I delete on teldrive would be gone in telegram. I lost thousands of files today with no hope of recovering them.

Why I thought that? Because I assumed teldrive as just an indexer + upload helper, not a super user thing which controls what's on my telegram account.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow disabling the deletion of remote files. And possibly make it the default option to avoid data loss for people like me.

Or ocassionally warn when deleting in the UI a folder or muliple files, that they will get deleted on telegram too.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Custom build of teldrive with cleanup cron jobs removed, just leaving the directory size one.
