Does teldrive support telegram premium sub?

Fast download and 4GB upload size

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
If i download a 2GB File it takes about 12min. If i download via a telegram client it takea about a few secs.

Or is there a setting?

I can see, that with rclone i get almost the full bandwith, bit via the Website it is quite slow
