[Bug]: If an invalid API ID is set, an error about it not being set is issued instead of an error about it being invalid

Describe the bug

I kept getting Error: required flag(s) "tg-app-id" not set even though I'd set the value.

The docs don't specify what this value is, and mention setting up bots, so I thought it had to be the bot name and trying setting that. Rather than giving an appropriate error about the value being invalid, it just says it doesn't exist. Related #443
