Add MCP Server card and reorganize the Agents page - #4081

Add a card for the pre-release Temporal MCP Server with example questions and an install prompt, and lay out Agent Harness, MCP Server and Skills as three equal cards. Only comment on here is this first and third example is a specific workflow/task-queue that they probably won't have while the other 2 are generic. But I think it's probably fine

Description & motivation 💭
This PR adds a card for the pre-release Temporal MCP Server to the Agents page and reorganizes the page around three equal feature cards.
New MCP Server card. It has:
Three feature cards. Agent Harness, MCP Server and Skills share one layout: title and badge, description, media, then buttons. The Skills card also shows its
npx skills addcommands in a Terminal-style block.Header. "Agents" is now the page
h1, with a short subheading. It replaces the "Build Durable AI Agents on Temporal" hero.Resources. Cookbooks and Demos, Integrations, and Blog are merged into one Resources card.
Buttons. Install buttons are
secondary/smand copy a setup prompt for your agent. GitHub links aretertiary/sm.Accessibility. Accessible names now start with the visible text (WCAG 2.5.3), and the axe test checks this.
Responsive layout. Cards stack below 1440px. From 1440px each card shows its text beside its media. From 1800px the three cards sit side by side.
This reverses a few earlier choices on this page: the hero headline, the Integrations sidebar, and the heading levels set in #3909. Happy to walk through any of them.
