[Feature Request] Provide details of previous Activity Task failure

User wants to be able to log why an Activity fails (error vs startToCloseTimeout vs heartbeatTimeout).

Would need to be added to the API first: https://github.com/temporalio/api/blob/39c607166c92968047827778d0d6b7a18a722412/temporal/api/workflowservice/v1/request_response.proto#L318 and discussed with the server team.
