Dynamic content in email Comments

When we publish a report via email, we can create a subject and comments for the email. There is a need to use dynamic content in these fields, for example, to display the month for which this report is generated.
It is possible to use dynamic names when saving files, adding the same functionality to the text of the letter would be useful. Especially if it becomes possible to use the value of any formula from the report.
If the ability to use dynamic content exists, then it is not obvious enough.
