add CTF support

Does it mean we use the inserted CTF slices instead of the interpolation weights (from fourier-slice)?

I'm not 100% clear on the interplay between CTF weights and interpolation weights... I think we need to insert data weighted by |CTF| but would need to carefully check/plan before moving forward with implementation

I know there is some nuance in how we handle the weights too, what we do when they are <1 vs >1 etc
