Textual additions and fixes

• Put the MIDS acronym in the title of the home page
• Add a link to https://github.com/tdwg/mids/tree/main/source/mappings for documentation on the Mappings page
• Add a link to the MIDS levels section on the getting started page
• Add links to some of the MIDS tools, maybe to keep it easy on the getting started page? Tools like:
  https://github.com/AgentschapPlantentuinMeise/MIDSCalculator
  https://naturalhistorymuseum.github.io/gamc/

Am I right in thinking that the index files like this one https://github.com/ben-norton/stadocgen/blob/main/mids/app/build/information-elements/index.html are static files and are not coming through from the source files in the tdwg/mids repo?

@emhaston Nothing in the build folder should be updated. That's what stadocgen produces. The markdown files provide the content that populated the html files. If the current markdown files don't cover everything, let me know.
